It's Sunday, back to work tomorrow, and back to being busy!
If only the weekend was perhaps 3 days long, it would certainly be an improvement to the Sat & Sunday that we enjoy now. Just finished ironing the week's clothes that I'm gonna wear while pretending to be professional, sandwiches are also made, and in the fridge ready for the 6:30 alarm.
Boring meeting all day tomorrow, listening to my colleages moaning about stuff that they shouldn't be moaning about. None of them have ever experienced a "hard" days work in their lives, and if they ever did, they'd probably have a shock.
...oh well, I'm not digging holes for 12 hours in the rain and cold so I guess I've nothing to complain about!

Yeah weekends are to short, but on the other hand, if the weekend would stretch to 3 days, we would still complain. And in Belgium (and probably also in other countries) we used to have only the sunday as weekend (but that's a long time ago :p ).
And on the other hand, if the weekend would be three days long, it would have catastrophic consequences for the economy and we would earn less per month (because we work 4 days less than previously).

That's why we went to school. :p It's good to know that everything could always be worse.
weekends are SHORT????
actually, sometimes, I think so also.
But I used to work 6 days a week, and only one day weekend, and love the 2 day weekends now, although not all companies have it.
Some companies still have the 6days a week work day, much to my friends dismay, who work there.
I feel sorry for my friends who have to work 6 days a week, I've done it myself in the past, but 1 day off is definitely not enough.
...I'm quite lazy inside if I'm completely honest though, and I'd probably end up moaning if I only worked 2 days per week!
*EDIT* This weekend was actually an hour longer with the clock change for the end of British Summer Time - felt good for that extra hour in bed last night
