Few people are afraid of the change and they try to avoid or be in situations where change might happen.
I was one of these people who was afraid of the change and would not take up any new task as I was worried about the consequences.
But, slowly this was affecting my life in a negative way and I realized it the change is inevitable and you need to accept it.
I came to deal with it and worked on my attitude and welcomed change in my life without the fear of the consequences. Now, I am happy with my life, even some changes have effected me in a negative way but I am happy that I had dealt with it and I feel more confident

All in all, when thinking back, many people understand that all the great things throughout their life are the consequences of changes that happened previously. Individuals for the most part maintain a strategic distance from changes and want to stay in their usual ranges of familiarity, however I am genuine adherent that once you get the strength and step to change, your life will turn out to be vastly improved. We can count the followings are only few advantages of progress: Self-improvement. You develop and learn new things each time something changes. You find new bits of knowledge about different parts of your life. You gain lessons even from changes that did not lead you to where you needed to be. Adaptability: Regular changes make you effectively adjust to new circumstances, new situations, and new individuals. Therefore you do not hesitate when something happens out of the blue movements. As a matter of fact, survival heavily depends on adapting new conditions, new circumstances. There are many other benefits of change.

Sometimes, benefits weight more. For example think about enhancements: We all have things in our lives we would like to enhance —accounts, occupation, accomplice, house, and so on. Every one of us realize that nothing will enhance independent from anyone else. We have to do things any other way to get that going. Without change, there would be no upgrades. What about life values… Every now and then changes make you re-assess your life and take a gander at specific things from an alternate point of view. Contingent upon what the change is, it might likewise fortify your life values. There is also a snowball impact: Regularly we surrender in light of the fact that we can not achieve the troublesome errand of rolling out a colossal and quick improvement. That is when little changes turn out to be greatly important. One movement at once, little changes will in the long run lead you to the fancied huge one. In other words change can serve the idea of human perfection.

Yes, I agree with you. But sometimes the way it goes is very very important. Winston Churchill says that there is nothing wrong with change, if it is in the right direction."

Yes, but the same Winston Churchill said also that “to improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.” As for direction, if you realize that some specific ways will lead to worse situations you do not have to go in that way. In fact, epigrams are general expressions assuming the audience have a basic common sense. But even under that condition not all progressions lead you to charming times of life. Lamentably we don't live in tall tale and tragic things happen, as well. Defeating the intense period will make you more grounded. This might be called as the quality effect of change. Apart from this changes trigger advancement. Things advance and occur due to them. In other words progress is possible because of changes. Moreover, there could be many many opportunities due to changes. One never comprehends what every change may bring. When you turn from your typical way there will be a lot of distinctive open doors sitting tight for you.
