feeling a little under the weather lately.

Lately, I have been feeling under the weather. Queasy, dizzy, sleepy, or cold almost all thew time. I feel like I have caught something but it does not make any sense to me. I am just so cold almost all the time and if I am not cold I am usually queasy or dizzy, not usually both at the same time. I am sometimes cold and one of the others a good majority of the time. And my feet are so cold when I go to bed, my SO thinks that they are freezing and is concerned about how cold my feet are at bedtime. I can not recall a night in the recent past where my feet have not been warm when I get into bed. It could be circulatory or something else not even related, I just don't know. I am wondering if it will clear up on its own as it warms up as the year progresses. Sometimes, I sleep in my socks or slippers just so that my feet are slightly warmer when I go to bed, I just can not get them warm before I get into bed.

I don't want scare you and I am certainly not a doctor but have you considered at least checking your blood pressure and sugar level? That would be a good staring point anyway.
Best of luck and I hope you can find the cause.

I know my hands and feet get pretty cold lately and sometimes my whole body. I figure it's because I haven't been able to eat normally yet so I'm missing out on some nutrients here and there. As for feeling cold I find drinking something hot/warm like tea or hot chocolate since that always seems to warm me up from the inside out.

It never hurts to get checked out by a doctor, especially if you've been dealing with this for a little while and it hasn't improved. Hope you feel better soon!

I'd see a doctor for certain. Could be a virus going round that needs to be attended to. Or if it has been going on for too long without it being a virus, could be you have exhausted yourself with too many activities without proper rest over a too long period of time putting stress on your adrenal glands, and when there is stress on the adrenals the thyroid usually compensates and becomes slightly under active. An under active thyroid could be responsible for feeling cold in your extremities. Good to check it out however.

Well, I have not checked in with a doctor, but after posting that post within 24 hours and lots of protein I am began to feel better, at last. I don't know why, though. If it does happen to continue to improve I won't lose too much sleep over it but if it does I will definitely be thinking about seeing a doctor. I just hate doctors, I have what has been diagnosed at one point in time as some migraine condition forget the name that they gave it. I went to specialists and everything ran tests after tests and in the end they could not figure out what was wrong with me, could not determine the cause and the treatments for the symptoms did not help. I have been on every type of pain killer I have ever heard of, and some that I don't remember and none of them could take the edge off of my head. I have gotten used to living with my head massively hurting but there is nothing that they could figure out. I am excited that I am no longer nearly as cold, or queasy, or dizzy as I was when I posted it. I am glad that I feel better.

Yay! I'm glad you're feeling better. I hope you continue to feel better. I'm sorry about the head thing. I would probably go crazy if my head hurt all the time. I don't know how you do it.

To be honest, at times I don't do much of anything but want to cut the whole darn thing off, but last I checked head amputations were lethal. Whatever had me down is definitely on its way out. WooHoo! Hate feeling sick. I am planning on getting back to seeing doctors about my head in the foreseeable future but I just could not take it anymore. Being poked and prodded and paying for visit after visit after visit for years is just not something I like to do. Either get a clue on what is going on with me or I am going to stop paying someone to tell me that they have no clue on what the problem is. I do realize that it can take some time for doctors to eliminate things and figure it out, but tell me your making progress if you are. There is nothing that I do not like to do than pay someone to do something and no progress towards that goal is made. So irritating!
