The word computer professionals use when they mean "idiot."
-- Dave Barry, "Claw Your Way to the Top"
I try not to do this but sometimes it comes out as in: "typical user mistake" or "must have been a user that did that". I really do like the people I work with, but sometimes they just do things the wrong way or not at all. Worse is when they try to fix the problem and end up making it worse. Users are what makes my job what it is without them I would not be needed. Hmm... Perhaps I am the "user" for needing the users. It is a vicious cycle one is not needed without the other, however it is usually adivisable to have one if you have the other. It is kind of like the chicken before the egg question.
