Contraband tobacco puts children at risk

I agree that it is most important to keep cigarettes away from the grasp of children.

The contraband smokes, we have it too although it comes in a different form which we call chop-chop. It is a bag of tobacco, you have to turn them into cigarettes by rolly papers.

Chop-chop is becoming more and more popular because of the price of cigarettes.

Here it is not organised crime though, it is just dodgy newsagents who sell it, but if they sell illegal tobacco what is to stop them from selling to children?

Smoking is a problem, but the trouble is the more it becomes quasi-illegal the more people turn to problematic options.
