Why It Is Important To Sleep Early

Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.
Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

Sree Narayana Guru had instructed the importance of taking supper early time. You should not go to bed soon after supper.

Really interesting info.
Any idea why, when under periods of stress, one wakes up @ exactly 3am?? Ping your eyes just pop open.
Has this anything to do with respiratory tract.
I find that I am most energetic & focused with creative thinking & getting projects done in the early hours of the morning, but alas, totally useless the rest of the day, absolutely have to get some sleep after work or late afternoon if situation allows. Most groggy, miserable & disorientated after napping.

I definitely can't get to sleep before 12pm. I have a little ritual of reading & eventually dozing off to get my mind & body in a relaxed & ready for sleep mode. When insomnia strikes, some warm milk honey & cinnamon usually does the trick. I'm told to breathe in the aroma to calm the mind & body. Works as a sort of meditation with the slow deep breathing cycle.

I simply cannot stomach food before 9am. But yes I definitely agree that breakfast kick-starts energy & mental levels. I try to have something that will keep me going 'til late afternoon, oats / muesli. The addition of nuts & fruits really boosts all levels of functionality. The dried varieties have added energy.

I find that fast foods really slow me down (Hot dogs, Processed meats and bacon, Doughnuts, French fries, Chips, crackers, and cookies) It definitely makes me feel sluggish, bloated & miserable if not consumed in tiny amounts. (which is really difficult)
I've noticed that people who do have these foods as a regular diet perspire more & there's an oily pallid gleam about them. Their BO is marked & unpleasantly synthetic/acrid & pungent. They're slow talking/doing/thinking irritable, foot dragging personalities & usually quite miserable negative & snapping people in general. With tonnes of health issues.

I'm at the stage that white bread makes me physically ill. Wholegrain / crushed bread toasted with fishpaste or marmite (yeast, malt spread) as a late afternoon snack get's me focused on making a wise evening meal. Usually if I don't do this & I'm in a famished state of mind, I throw anything together, which usually means junk food & deep fries. Then also fish!! amazing brainfood fish.

Yes they're great for an evening of video's & pizza couch-potatoeing does wonders for the soul, but everyday would make me suicidal.

The liver is such an amazing organ, 25% of the liver can regenerate into a whole liver, this was known by the ancient Greeks; as punishment, Prometheus was chained to a rock, and everyday, an eagle would come and eat his liver, which would regenerate in the evening. What a little helper the liver is.
