That looks very interesting. I might have to download that and see how it works.
Do you know how much RAM it uses when it is in use? I have 8GB of RAM, so I am not all that worried, but I am curious.

I found this interesting launcher application called 8start Launcher. It has a lot of features that I think you would appreciate. Apart from the fact that it supports skins, it also has a note-tree feature that allows one to type notes into it. The note feature is excellent: it supports images and rich text.
The application comes packed with three skins but there are more from the website. My favorites are the skins that make it look like a drawer and a pinned note:

It does not use a lot of memory. My task manager says it uses 00 CPU and 424 k Mem
