Snow-wash for My Pants

Walking through mounds of foot-high snow in the city streets is like an infinite wash-dry-repeat cycle for my pant legs. I really could use some detergent in this process.

Might need some special detergent as it's such a cold wash! Wink

Are you sure that is not a wash-freeze dry-repeat cycle? Ultra cold water detergent!

Where you at Mex? North America I'm guessing yeah, don't envy that cold weather at all, I was wearing a T-shirt today and although it's officially still winter here, it's not too cold in my neck of the woods Smile

watersoul, I live in the Boston, MA area. Great place to be throughout the year, but getting around in the wintertime can be challenging at times. But at least it's not Alaska.

Assuming you're not south of the equator, do you live on a tropical island that you can wear T-shirts at this time of year?

Lol, no, I wish!

South West coast of England, but it's unusual here compared to the rest of the island. Most of our weather systems are travelling NE from the Atlantic so it's normally much warmer air hitting us first. I travel 20 miles north (inland) quite regularly with work and I notice a significant drop in temp's, especially if I've forgotten to take my hat!

While the rest of britain was recently covered in snow with very low minus temp's, we were still only dipping into minus figures at night with any frost gone by 10AM. The Pathetic Snow we had eventually, lasted only one day before melting away. Most of this month has been mild again though, with clear blue skies and winter sun, so yep, it's been short sleeves for quite a few days - apart from when it's been miserable rain of course Laughing

*edit* Just found these interesting live webcam streams from Boston College, wow, I see what you mean about snow, but I guess you're least you're not in Alaska!

A 3.5 foot drift over in drive. Reports say close to 2 feet of snow fell.
