Man, most of the time, I just can't seem to control my appetite.
I've tried so many things - I remind myself constantly about it, but somehow, another part of my brain takes over and then I've already eaten all the fatty junk foods you can think of.
I've currently joined the gym, to try and lose weight, which has worked, but the gym closed for 2 days, and since we are on holidays, I haven't been keeping with my diet, which has led me to submit to my cravings and gain weight again.
I'll have to think of ways to curb my appetite. Sheesh!
I'll have to try and eat more salads with my food to try and fill me up on health stuff, but I really have to control my hunger, and my life.

try eating salads and fruits first , and only after an hour you can have your meal.It's not good when you eat fruits after your mainly meal. it's digestion is faster than usual food.And you end to have more vitamins in your body...otherwise the fruits and vegetables end up to ferment inside you. so I think it's better not to mix them up.That's my opinion
