i was a sedentary man in 2004 when i decid to i was in a horrible shape forma age, so i went out to a run, i remember that i thougth to run about for 4 miles just to start, well after 1/2 mile i was shocked, i cant run, so i start to long term walking jogging program and for 2005 i ran my first marathon.
then until february 12 this year i was in a good shape, some times more fast than other times, but running about 1800 miles per year, but that day i was decending in a trial path in one race when i fell like if some broken inner in the gluteal region, was a bad injury.
i was tryinng to return to run but cant, and my weigth growing, today almost 10 months from then, i up 50 pounds but the god notice, is that yesterday can ran almost 4 miles very slow and walking some parts to recover.
so i am back

I don't run because of impact on my knees but I do walk a few miles each day.
