Hosting with FriHost

Quick question, if anyone can answer.

I applied to get a domain last week and haven't heard back. How long does it usually take?

Its not a big deal I would just like to get practicing building a website and what not.

Thanks

First off, kindly read the TOS. You need to have a minimum of ten "quality" post to apply for hosting. Time it takes after valid request depends mainly on Bondings/administrators schedules or available time to process requests.

Yeah I have applied for hosting for almost a week now, but I am going to be patient -). Just enjoy the forum by posting and earning points/coins for your service you will receive. Besides I tend to like the community after a while more than the hosting.

I'm sorry for the delay. I'll do the requests tomorrow.

Bondings: Thanks, though I am not in a big hurry. Don't know what I am going to do with my site anyway.

Please ignore if you are already in the know and apologies in advance if I've underestimated the situation, but here are some suggestions if you are wondering how to go about publishing a Website.

If you are looking for a template, and don't know how to get one, Firefox has been very helpful for me used with Notepad++. Downloading Notepad++ is very fast. You can also view your Notepad++ code in a Firefox Window. Again, apologies if you are already a whiz at all of this.

Here are some basic templates that you can download, open up and modify in Notepad++ and view in Firefox.

For example, this "cat" template is great as one can adapt it for any topic. Just replace everything in the template with the right wording in Notepad++. It also comes with CSS:
