A couple of months back while on my way to the mailbox I stubbed my toe on the sidewalk which had shift because of the hot sun. Texas heat this summer was no joke broke record and hit 104 any way I walked to the mailbox and on my way back stubbed my toe. I went to the doc had them check it out took some antibiotics everything should be cool. Toe completely healed but I had fever and was pucking my guts out. When to the hospital and found out I had a non mrsa bacteria they started me on IV antibiotic that I got to take at home. At the end of the IV about 6 weeks they said my blood but I still felt sick even told the doc and he said "Probably just residual from the meds". I walked out in the parking lot and everything was spinning and I pucked again. two day later I ended up back in the hospital super high fever and come to find out I still have the bug. I did not want to go back to same doc so I went to another who ordered an Idiom scan which pinpointed the infection back to my toe. Turns out that the infection had gotten into the bone where antibiotics could not reach. I was scheduled for surgery where they scraped the bone and I was back on the antibiotics. The only hitch was that the antibiotic were burning or scaring my kidneys and the only thing I could do was stop taking the need antibiotic or drink more water. We all know how that turned out.
