sportsless

During high school we always play soccer after class. This explains why I (used to) don't get fat even if I eat a lot.

But now, things have changed. My friends' schedules are different from mine. I don't have time to play anymore. Plus, I now live at a condo where I can cook food anytime I want.

I've gain 10 pounds in 3 months. (I think.) I don't really care about my weight. But if this habit of mine goes on, I'm afraid I'll have a hard time reverting back.

My endurance is really low right now. I can't even swim a lap continuously anymore. And sometimes I have a hard time laughing or breathing while sitting on the ground. Don't get me wrong, I'm not overweight. Not yet, at least.

I've tried jogging but it really bores me. I think need a new sport. (And time). sigh.

That is what is called the "freshman twenty" and you are half way there already! You already know you need to watch your eating and get some exercise. Try the gym. Lift some weights and meet some new people.
Also, grab that soccer ball and do some drills. That beats jogging.

Wow i don't want that freshman twenty thing happening to me Smile)

The other day I saw a guy telling the story of how he lost 35kg (He used to eat fastfood bucket meals on his own). He said that instead of eating the usual dinner, he ate only fruits and boiled vegetables at night. He said that he would buy himself an expensive lunch during the day as a reward, and by dinner time, he wouldn't have enough money to spend for a big meal. Wink haha
