That's right, time for another rant.
This one is a classic.
The parent who points to a man in uniform and tells their child to behave or the police man will get him if he doesn't behave. I have heard also heard parents telling children to behave or the nurse would give them another shot.
Take responsibility for your own children.
Teach them how to behave without threats...or...
if you have to use threats, use credible ones.
