Freelance Programmer and Designer Bidding Websites

Yesterday I was looking for some sort of freelance job sites which allow people to list projects and then programmers and designers can bid on them. I found two sites which look really big and I think I'll be able to get some work on them once I get into them more. Those two sites are www.scriptlance.com/ and www.getafreelancer.com/.

I was previously using Sitepoint Contests to find work but I never won any of the contests there, and now that [url]99designs.com[/url] has taken over Sitepoint Contests they don't seem to let people list contests for coded web design .

So if you know of anymore sites like Get a Freelance and Scriptlancer just tell me and I'll be thanking you .
