Secret Things...

I'm writing this here because I know that nobody around my area is part of Frihost, and none of my friends know that I use Frihost .

Anyway, in our area the state government recently thought that it knew best and decided to split up heaps of little shires into a few big supershires. That happened in our area too, with 4 shires being amalgamated into a huge shire called the Rockhampton Regional Council.

In addition to hundreds more additional changes, they are getting rid of the local council paper and replacing it with a new paper called “Under the Capcorn Sun.” A few days ago a lady who is working on that paper contacted me about a post (http://www.briterwebdesign.com/blog/archives/exploring-the-kanaka-trail that I'd written on my blog, and she wants to publish that post in the first edition of the paper!

In the second edition (I think) I'm going to be interviewed about briter:webdesign, my web design business, for the youth section of the paper.

So that'll be exciting. Also, I've only told dad so everyone else in my family and who I know in my area will get a surprise (I hope!) .

BTW, I left out the “ri” in Capcorn on purpose.
