Black and Grey-Water
Domestic wastewater is described as 'black'-water that came from toilet and 'grey'-water that came from bathroom and kitchen. Grey-water, which is 80% produced by domestic wastewater, contains many pathogens and polllutant and should receive adequate treatment just like black-water.
All waste-water must be processed before it is disposed. All wastewater must go to a septic tank followed by soak pit or leach-field. The septic tank is used primarily for black water.
To avoid ground-water contamination due to black-water infiltration, the minimal distance of septic tank and absorption from the source of clean water is 10 meter and the septic tank need to be construct with waterproof septic tank (do not allow leaking of septic tank that can be infiltrate into the gound).
