Recently our minitries have been very active about deciding which sites should we be allowed to see. Several ISP's have responded by banning sites from their Internet Service showing a message that the site is banned. However we all know that such sites are very important to us. Common, how do you think youll feel if you dont get that occasional free movie from torrents .
Here is how you access them:
Set your DNS server to googleDNS: 126.96.36.199 , 188.8.131.52
If that is not good enough for you then you can always access sites via proxies in more *free* environments. For example hidemyass.com is a free site that provides very good services.
Essentially such rules can be enforced by only removing content from the servers where they are hosted. Till the government does not resort to such measures, (which they might not due to international jurisdictional constraints) we can always access our webpages, one way or another.
