Well I started gym this semester and what can I say I hurt... every day for the first 20mins of class we have to do yoga stretches and things like that. Now i am an not use to this at all, so my muscles are very achy from the weird positions.
So tonight I took a hot shower, a muscle relaxer, and I am gonna go to bed early for a good night sleep
