How to unlock Cdrom in Linux (device busy)

Yesterday, I can't extract my CD on my VAIO, I thinked is because some program is blocking my CD drive "device is busy", but I can' see any program running. searching internet i found a bash to know what program is blocking devices and how to kill this app.
in a terminal write :

$:lsof /dev/cdrom

the os indicate the number of process (PID)

COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE NODE NAME
bash 912 dave cwd DIR 11,0 2048 59392 /cdrom

then kill the process with SIGTERM (-15)

$:kill -15 912

that's all
Bye
