Where have all the posts gone?

I can't figure what has happened that the number of postings have gone down that much. I am struggling to post at the same number as before. It is DEATHLY quiet on the Board. It can't be the holiday season can it? It's still early March and some time before the start of Easter.

What would the reason be? What can we do to fix it? Confused

It's indeed a lot lower than usually. I'll try to attract new members and create some interesting new topics. Hopefully this will help a bit.

I don't know neither Dean. February now into March. I know here in the US, many universities are taking spring break during March.

Maybe a lot of folk are wrapped up in the serious world events going on at the moment?
I know when the tsunami struck Japan last week I was (and still am) quite distracted by it, so a lot of the (rather shallow) crap I post sometimes seemed really unimportant and best left in my head.

It's indeed awfully quiet on Frihost lately. I have been ill for the last few days and before I was ill, I was very busy with school. In fact, I'm actually working for school right now too (making some minor exercises while surfing)...

I'll try to be more active too Smile

Oh, the answer to that is easy. It is because I left for a while and that’s why things went down! Well, I am back now but if I choose to help out or not will depend on how much I feel my effort is appreciated or not? I received so many messages not to post or to go somewhere else that I felt maybe I should take that advice?

Do not take the above comment too seriously as I do not really believe I have had or will have that great effect on the boards (good or bad) but thought I might just do a little rant on your blog. Hope you did not mind, Dean? The bottom part of the statement is certainly true though.

How to improve the board? I still say and will always say positive community interaction, interesting topics and above all a little respect for the other person will always work. That goes for everyone.
