I like to learn many programming language and multimedia software like Photoshop,After Effect etc...
Now i can able to program C,Java,Android,SQL,Unix coding and little bit on C#.
Also I can able to do PS,After Effect etc...

But Some of my friends and Staffs telling me to concentrate only on one domain it's good for Job.
And some telling me to try to learn all things.

I get confused.
Now what should i do to get Good Job in future?

Basically it depends what you want to do.
If you want to program then learn several languages but specialize in one or two. This would be the java/C programmer route, but you would also need to learn a proper programming methodology - JSP for example - before you could work professionally in a team (most programming is teamwork nowadays). Leads to a job but can be boring and not great money.

If you wan to go into systems management/support/design/engineering then you need to know the operating systems and networking protocols, as well as hardware knowledge - routers. switches, cabling etc - this would be the CISCO route and leads to a well paid job. You would be aiming to do the CISCO certification program (CCIA, CCNA and finally CCIE). Get a CCIE and you can write your own ticket - CCIEs are the network experts who get very well paid, lots of travel, nice office, etc etc.

If you want to aim for application use/support/development then you are looking at the Microsoft route - MCSA, MCSE and hopefully MCSM.

MC certs are more application based where CISCO certs are more hardware & firmware based (but there is a lot of overlap). I'm Novell/CISCO certified - systems/network management - but I have never got the chance to do my CCIE, and without sponsorship from an employer it is prohibitively expensive.
