What is 'dial up'?
Just kidding. The internet access is never fast enough!
I have broadband in my home(Desktop PC).
Its speed is 120KB/s
In my College hostel(Net Book),i have dial up connection.
Its speed is 15KB/s.
After using high speed connection,i feel it is very much troubling me.
I need to upgrade my internet connection soon.

Agreed with Standready. I've got 8MBps at home and that's supposed to be super fast, but I can barely get my YouTube to load instantly. Sort of really frustrating as it is expensive as well. And I love my YouTube shows.

"Super fast" depends on context; it might be fast for your local ISPs, but it's fairly slow in the world of broadband. Your 8Mbps is faster than the 5Mbps package I'm paying for, but my ISP offers 20, 40 and 100Mbps packages; many of the people I chat with on IRC with European ISPs routinely get 50-75Mbps in their speed tests, same with some of the Americans. 8Mbps, while it is fast, is by no means "super fast" in context
That said, your 8 and my 5 MBps connections SHOULD be fast enough that services like YouTube work pretty much flawlessly. It generally does work fine for me with only occasional buffering issues, and your connection is faster... this leads me to believe there's an issue somewhere else along the transfer chain that's causing you your issues.
