My favorite filler words these days seem to be: basically and actually.
Do filler words only exist in spoken language, like h, hmmm, uh, you know, so ?
Well, Id say they exist in written language as well.
Actually basically I find myself often using these words and sometimes discover sentences in emails I wrote where I basically actually used those words several times. So I am better of just taking those out and realize those sentences still make sense without these words, as in: I find myself often using these words and sometimes discover sentences in emails I wrote where I used those words several times.
So, what are your favorite filler words ? And: do you spot the filler word in this question ?

I do find myself using filler words in spoken language but not in written unless I am using my speech to text software which I edit.

Ummh ... uhhh ... well, maybe possibly usually I do that sometimes too. If I'm writing something that I proofread before releasing, I probably would remove most of the crud. I wonder if there are any grammar checkers that analyze sentences for possibly redundant words?
