For the past couple days now my elbow has been bugging me. It's almost similar to what I feel/felt with my knee late May to early June. With my knee it was like it had become weak. Pretty terrible considering its my strong leg and feeling like I'm going to fall whenever I go down a flight of stairs freaks me out a little. With my elbow it's almost the same, but a little more painful. I tried to hold up two pages that had new pillows in them, so four pillows all together (not very heavy), and a sharp pain went though my elbow. I didn't lower the pillows, I endured.
My plan is to work on that elbow of mine and try and strengthen the ligaments and muscles so it might not be so weak. I'm trying to plan out when to get back to the gym and I've worked it out. I know that if I start going again I will get over the whole "it's so early!" and "I just want to watch Star Trek!" I will feel better about going and eventually see out more ways to get to the gym.
