TV Review: History Detectives
I am enjoying a new station on regular TV - PBS World. I ran into it while trying to find something to watch other than cartoons on Saturday morning. The Show "History Detectives" is on from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The show is very interesting. It starts with a normal person who thinks they may have an historical artifact. The "Detectives" check it out and painstakingly research the items origin with almost always successful results. It could be a book, a letter a huge clump of steel that might be a cannon from an historic war ship. Along with the journey to legitimize the item they tell an interesting story about the possible author etc. I totally recommend finding PBS World network and History Detectives.
