Most people probably know about this game by now, but just in case you've never tried it, you might want to now, since I picked it up at GameStop for less than $10. Of course, I usually like sandbox games, especially games from RockStar.
This one is different from Grand Theft Auto, because it's in a "Wild West" setting. So, you don't get to drive around in a big city with fast cars, but there's not too many games were you can ride a horse around the country, hunting different animals, and outlaws, of course. You can also do things like herd cattle, and break in wild horses. There's still plenty of weapons in "Red Dead Redemption".
I've been playing it about a week, and it's been fun so far. I wouldn't have bought it when it was new, but I think it's worth the price at under $10, if you like sandbox type games; it will probably keep you entertained a while.
I still have some other xbox games I already own to review, that fall under the category of "cheap games" (besides the one I listed with my introduction). I'll probably review at least a couple of more before the end of the week (as well as some free games).
