I prefer the frihost blog to Blogger for one main reason. Incentive. If i post on the blog I get points. I created a blog today that i was plannign to create on wordpress. Glad I didnt!

Considering Frihost and Blogger, I would say the vote goes for Frihost. Frihost has more or less everything Blogger has (except a sidebar), and something which Blogger doesn't(Blogger does not have categories, right? 
)
But if you take Wordpress and Frihost into consideration, for example, the vote would almost certainly go to Wordpress.
