It's been quite a busy day for me at Frihost. I closed requests for Server 2 and enabled requests for VPS 1 (cPanel). I also made some changes in the staff handling of requests and changed the database structure - giving me quite some headache. But that's ok, since now it's way faster/easier to create a hosting account (on VPS 1).
Account requests on server 3 will be for later since there is still quite some work to do on the server (like awstats not properly working).
Ghengis is asking about the

And before I forget about it, it was today
talk like a pirate day. At least I mentioned it!

Not that I'd want to (I love DA, and if you've closed requests, the server might become more stable) but are Server 2 users allowed to cancel their account and move across?the thing is, you are not allowed to switch servers... but.. if you ask in the account change forum to cancel your host... then ask for a newone.. you can do that... so... switching servers...is allowed in a way... confusing!!

Switching servers involves taking a backup of everything seperately (Cpanel & DA work differently), creating the account, applying all settings & files etc and changing your info on the forums here. If you cancel and re-apply, we just delete you, and create the new account. Settings & files all rely on you! Big difference
Whether it's allowed or not, I'm not sure. It shouldn't be though (IMO), you should be stuck to one server for the whole of your life *pirate laugh* I don't like account transfers because it's a lot of work. I might make an option to change from server, but moving the files would be up to the user. And don't forget that the subdomain would change.
Very true... and do indeed whant cpanle more than anything in the world...HOWEVER, finaly server 2 will be stable for the most part from here on out, it seems to me, most of the crashes, where from noobies to there server being dumb on it, or using it in a bad way... thus, with no new members... all should be good ^^ (at least lets hope)
