Amazing stuff Mr Bondings! Frihost is really starting to kick ass again ^^
Forum RSS feeds

As mentioned in this announcement, I implemented RSS feeds for the forums.
If you only want the titles of the topics, and not the text, remove the "-m" from the feed.
I'm going to try to build a similar feed for the blogs altogether and also one per blog.
If you have any questions about the RSS feeds or any problems, please comment here or post in our support forums.

wow, nice work bondings. Now that i've switched to a linux flavor i'll have to try and find an rss feed thing for it. Or maybe I'll just go with a firefox plugin.

I could try to make it for the last topics that you commented on. At least I'm going to make a public (accessible to everyone, not just you like egosearch) page with the latest topics a user has commented on.

I used the following mod: http://www.phpbb-seo.com/boards/gym-sitemaps/google-yahoo-msn-sitemaps-and-rss-vt21.html
However, I'm not really happy with it since it's pretty complex code, hard to rewrite for other stuff (I think), which I want to do for the blogs, maybe the user posts (your idea) and probably some other stuff. And I think it needs database access even for cached feeds - I'm not sure about that though.
By the way, there were a few things that needed to be changed, at least for Frihost. The forum urls were without ending (.html) and it always put frihost.com/home page as first feed - which I removed.
