2 new language moderators

Both the Portuguese and Spanish forums were in a big need of a moderator.
Vanilla was added 2 weeks ago as moderator of the Portuguese forum as you might have already noticed. Today I have the pleasure to announce that Mrs Lycos accepted to become the moderator of the Spanish forum.
