And a followup tour of the Rickenbacker "museum"
I'm a fan of Rickenbacker guitars (well, specifically basses); great quality instruments with a distinctive character. They've got great build quality with good components, and have a bright, articulate character like no other. Until fairly recently they've been pretty much all hand made, which resulted in low production output, but good quality, and a hefty price tag. While the price tag is still high, and production rates are moderate, they've modernized some of the production.

Some of my favorite Rickenbacker 4000-series players (one day I'll get one...)
