I don't see any sense in any of these listed. Where exactly did you come up with this, or where did you find this list?

Particularly #2. Sweating is a natural thing that comes along with sweating. It's often unavoidable.

I don't understand #1...

#3: Theirs nothing wrong with riding a stationary bike. You should switch it up a bit yes, but it's hardly one of the worst things you could do.

#4Confused
#5: Assuming you mean like, someone who constantly wants to exercise. This could potentially be bad. But working out often is actually a good thing. You can overtrain, but that's rare. Most people quit way before they come close to overtraining.

6 worse exercising habits would realistically be this..

1)Start thinking you are an expert and start telling everyone how to exercise properly. This is something everybody does and all consider themselves personal trainers.

2) Steroids...

3)Taking exercise too extreme and doing more damage than good

4)Building a reliance on supplements

5)Not doing cardio and getting addicted to weight lifting

6) Growing a big head as well as big muscles
