i teach myself everything i know about html, php and java scripts.
i look at the codes on other sites, and see what they do. i then write my oun and see if it works, if it dont i then look at the two an see the differance. i dont use these codes on my site, i just use them to teach me.

3 months ago i didnt even know what <body></body> was, but now i can code my own forum.

Hey now what i have got to ask is about the service provided by www.dot.tk ...That is i have signed up for www.nivinjoy.tk ...but there is an ad bar at the top of the page... I hate this and want to remove this...!!! Is there any way for this...???

I have seen the topics like http://www.frihost.com/forums/vt-51245.html and also i ahve done a google search also...but all of them are telling about old dot.tk interface..i think...

So according to the newest service provided by them is there any way to remove this advertisement bar from the top of the page...

I already use a .co.nr domain but if the advertisemnet bar is not there in dot.tk service means it is a great and wonderful service...

As far as i know, you can't use fopen function here? Am i right with this one? If yes, i couldn't use fwrite function, so i couldn't create a document when i'm logged in to admin panel let's say. Or is there another function which is avaible on passing through this problem?

In my opinion, the engine should be like this. Admin panel with text area in which you write an article with html symbols, such as <html><b><font ..>. All of the text is written in .html document, and in news section it is opened like a html file.

Any suggestions of those who understood what i was trying to explain?

"It was just horrible what he said," Davenport said Monday.

It has been a while when i stopped loving girls, but i have found one beautiful young girl whom i called the girl of my dreams. How ever this girl claims to be in a real love with me and she takes much time with me and i completely trust her as i found her as a true love for me . Till now we have a little problem. whenever she sees me standing with another girl she thinks that i am dating her and when i come back to her i see her difference in mood, upset and disappointed. when i try to cool her down she tells me that she is dying for me and i wouldn't care. I tell her every time that i don't have another girl that i love more than i love her. I tell her that i am even going to marry her. She tells me that she trusts me and whenever i talk to her she cools down but she still keeps getting jealous whatsoever even if i am talking to my sister.

I just had a conversation with a friend reguarding religion and the theory of evolution. Scientists pretty much agree that we evolved from cavemen, and that cavemen evolved from monkeys. So, if man was made in God's image, as Christianity suggests, then wouldn't God be a monkey?

Please don't take this too seriously, because I found it to be a pretty amusing thought.

these days most of the guys are talking about feelings that they have for beloveds but they are afraid to confess it to them. I don't know why but every body feels the same if what the feelings are is true love and not just pretending. It could be really nice to tell a girl that you are interesting the feelings that you have for her without thinking that she will mock at you. most of the girls are sweethearts and they will respect you with that. Php and MySQL : Problem with Mybb :: Changing DB Username

I was using an older host when I found this one, and I did have the Mybb forums on my old subdomain. Both hosts uses Cpanel, so that might cure some questions you might have. What I'm having trouble with is the old Cpanel username on the other host was different than this current one. Is there any way to either change the codes in the forums/database to fix this problem (because it can't connect to the database) or a way to change the username at this host? I used a backup of the database from the old forums and added them onto this new host. And i obviously added all the forum files (tyvm, zip files ^^).

I'm not that great with databases, so please be specific.

Hi peeps! I got my first job. I'm gonna be a telemarketing operator!
I shall begin next week. I've been hired by a company named "Call", which was hired by Caixa, one of the most important Brazilian public banks, and there is where I'm gonna work. I don't know exactly the nature of the occupation, but it's about receiving calls from clients to talk about their accounts.

Does somebody have any experience in this area? Any advice?

About the selection process: there were a couple of ridiculously easy tests, one about MS Office, one dictation with the most

common

words, a composition with the subject "the importance of team work", a group activity, in which we were asked to create a product to sell to the examiner; a math and portuguese test done in the computer, very EZ (questions like: there is a group composed by 400 people, 120 are men, how many women?)

I learnt in the same day that I passed, and was led to the next phase: deliver the documentation, the worst one.

I'm going to start by having three months of training and then I'll work effectively. The salary suckz, it's about $2.50/hour.

I'm wondering if that's worth. I honestly feel that I can do more than that, but my mom keeps telling me that the experience is worth, since this is my first job (I'm almost 24).

The bigger deal, what discourages me, is that I'm gonna work 6 hrs/day and this could mess up with my studies: I've just started the Law School, heading to second semester and I performed VERY well. ...

Ok guys, my selection of music is getting a little old and I've started listening to some of my older punk music (none of this newer pop punk garbage) just to space out the hearings of my prog/metal stuff.

So the bands I really like are:

Symphony X (I have all the albums from Divine Wings - Paradise Lost)
Dream Theater (Everything from Images and Words to 6 Degrees... I have Octavarium and SC but don't like them)
Porcupine Tree (a few songs off Deadwing and In Absentia)
Incubus (Science and Make Yourself)
On The Virg (Serious Young Insects and Just Add Water)
Pain of Salvation (Be)
Tony Macalpine (Evolution, Chromaticity, Madness, CAB, CAB4)
Dave Weckl Band (Multiplicity)
Karizma (Document)

And I'm filling in the gaps with some Mxpx, Blink 182, Frenzal Rhomb, Good Riddance, Strung Out, and a few others.

Anyway, I'm trying to add more progressive metal bands to my repertoire. Any suggestions? I am BIG on good musicality, it has to be creative and well written. I also like some good fusion (Karizma, Chick Corea's Elektric Band, Dave Weckl Band, CAB) and I'm trying to find more of that as well.

I'm getting a 16gb memory stick today to use with my new car stereo and I've got 9gb of music already to put on it - about 1500 songs - so I've still got PLENTY of room for more music!

I'm exploring new ideas with my server and I have gotten the thought of a calendar system between the two computers. I am a very forgetful person, so the fact that my computer could remind me of what I need to do, such as a upcoming events for my technical productions crew at my school.

So, I am aware that PHP can create batch files with net send within it, but can PHP create scheduled tasks within the computer itself? If not, is there anyway I can get PHP to check if it's a certain time and if it is to execute a file?

I made all these drawings while being bored in electronics class. You'd think that this would decrease my grade, but it actually does the opposite, because it keeps me from sleeping, which would be worse.
But enough of that, on with the drawings!
Some are talented (the pencil ones), some are just crazy, but enjoy.

This one is some random stuff I was drawing just to play with a 3d look.

This one was when I was taking requests from classmates on what to draw. For some reason, they became obsessed with appliances.

This one I did for fun. I was surprised how well it turned out, even kind of funny.

I did this just to freak out people's minds with the skewed perspective.

This one is one of the craziest. I just kept adding more and more things to it.

This one is making fun of an expression the teacher used.

It is kind of sad that I can draw my old truck's engine from memory even though I sold it a while ago.

This is one of my favorites.

This one was also on the day that I was taking requests. I did this one in pencil though.

This is another rather crazy one; everyone was playing a stupid game in which if you looked at someone holding his hand like this below his waist, he got to punch you. I got several people by drawing it.

This is a fun picture of an octopus in pencil, but the table and tank are not done with proper perspective, even though I did have fun trying to show the refraction of the water.

This is possibly the best one I made, it took me hours.

This is the first one I did.

Someone drew toad off of mario cart. So, I had to do it better. I neglected to put him in a cart though, which they pointed out, so I fixed that.

This is just a crazy one, but it is interesting.

This was a fun pattern to make.

Here is some of my work for a game mod, I'd like You to rate it, I'm not really that good in modelling, I have maybe 3 years of experience (though I didn't model every day for the past 3 years, I had few a long breaks in the past 3 years). - Axe, about 15-20 minutes of work.

- Waraxe also 15-20 minutes of work.
