Is there any way to use server 2 for web hosting so that the address will be like www.something.frih.net ?

I don't think so as server2 is suffering from tons of malicious script and admins are moving all the server2 accounts to server3.
Hence,I don't think server2 is open for account registration

Like kirii said, Server two is down for some maintenance, all accounts will be made on Server three, which is something.frih.org. Accounts will be moved back to Server two after the maintenance.
