Improving Skin Texture

I have been very luck till few months for not having pimples and a clean face. But since I have moved to the new city and due to change in my work I have started getting pimples on my fore head. They ripe a prity fast and as they burst they leave behind a strong black spot which is not getting erased.

Please suggest me ways to reduce this and get rid of the marks on my face.

Drink heaps of water, and eat a diet high in raw fruits and vegetables. I had a huge change in my eating habits and now eat a diet compising about 80% raw foods and it hs made a tremendous difference to my skin.
