my c d e drives doesnt open in a double click

hey can somebody help in opening my drive. i cannot open it in a double click.
when i double click it gives an error message "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action please choose from control panel"
i am so sick of this plz reply me help me??? Sad

Hey this is normally caused by viuses...especially if the virus installed on on your system & then was deleyed by your Antivirus software......as far as I know it'll persist till u format & install new OS....
The following may work...:
1]When it asks which program 2 open with....speccify:explorer.exe" in WINDOWS folder....ur drive should open in a new window.....
2]Dont ddouble click...right click on drive 7 select " OPEN"

hey thanks for ur interest. i dint format and reinstalled the OS but i found an autorun.inf file in my root drives c d e i deleted it and godd that message was solved..

neways thanks for the advice!!

check this out:

delete the autorun.inf file. The file should have open="xyz.exe" which is the virus file.So beware of that file.
