You can just enter the url on this site, and you'll get a full sitemap:
http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
I've used it, it works fine.
If you have less than 250 pages in your web site then you can use the one Star Wars Fanatic mentioned. and then use Google webmaster tools to connect it. Also if you search for free Google sitemap tools in Google you will find plenty.

I second that.
xml-sitemaps does an excellent job. Gives you the .html and .xml files.
I think for very large sites they may ask for $5.

For very large sites, just Google search map php scripts, and run your own, I've found a couple, it allows me to run it and not have to worry about uploading a new xml file. Even Google has a really nice Python script ( http://goog-sitemapgen.sourceforge.net/ ). And if you're looking for something in php, there are numerous other scripts online.
