Regit Edit: Is this how you Edit Regedit

Possum
Hi

XP Operating System

I made a post in a MS Newsgroup looking for information on how to get ride of unwanted Context-Menu items. I got this advice, but it involves a registry edit.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

My website has screen capture..

Am I doing the right thing.

Well, you could really do this yourself. First though, backup your registry by clicking File > Export. Type in the file name for your registry backup, and change the Export Range to "All." This may take several minutes to backup, but after that if you mess something up you can fix it.

So, try deleting the folder, and if it removes it great! If not, and you don't know what it's done just double click that file you just made with the backup.

HTH!
