How to setup MX record ?

I want to setup Mx record. I am planning to use google free mail service. I am using frihost DNS for my domain. My domain is registered on namecheap and i am not using namecheap DNS.

You need to revert your DNS back to namecheap and use their DNS control to add an A record using Frihost's IP and then your MX record.
