HELP please! i want my database back

my account has been removed due to inactivity.
thats ok, I had a lot of negative points.
but i wasnt warned!
suddenly everything dissapeared.. I have some important data in those databases.
I know, its my fault.
but is there please something that can be done..?
im going to get killed if I dont recuperate that data.

Don't know if you got it yet but please, let me know what to do to get back my databases too if ever it's still possible (i've been removed on 27th october, according the auto message I got)
