how has been your experience so far?? do you think it is better than Ruby on Rails.?

one is for ruby and the other is for python, how would you compare that :S
I meant a comparison on the Framework basis. not on the language basis.
i find that pylons is a much les restrictive framework for python and the web.

It is the first time I heard about Django , therefore I made a search but I did not understand the direct use of this software which requires Python version 2.3 or higher to use with .
I tried to see any tutorial about this script and Python language but I didn't find any .
