you have to install IIS and install .Net framework SDK. i think you should be able to do it from add/remove windows components.

ya you can install iis from windows xp sp2 cd

ASP support is inbuilt in IIS

Wait, wait, what version of WINXP are you using, if it's HOME EDITION you can't have IIS.
If it's professional go ahead.

If u want to use Classic ASP with IIS then its support is inbuilt but if you want to use ASP.net then install .net runtime/sdk
