I should think so...others you can try is Total Recorder as well.

Hang on...do you mean, recording sounds from a microphone, or the sound output of your PC?
The sound output of my computer.. specifically i wanna record the music in the opening part of Red alert 2..
Then go with either Audio Recorder Pro or Total Recorder, or something similar...
