mail client setup

I'm runnin under windows vista.
I've tried setting up my outlook 2007 and windows mail client.
I can't seem to get it up and running. I don't know what missing.
tried auto setup and manual setup

Mail Server Username: mail+username.frihost.net <----(also trie mail@username.frihost.net)
Incoming Mail Server: mail.username.frihost.net
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) host.frihost.net
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.username.frihost.net (server requires authentication) port 25
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) host.frihost.net (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

cPanel should have a feature to setup your mail client with the mail. See here for more information.
