ipod errors

hey,

Does anyone know what to do when you can't upload onto an ipod via itunes? everytime i try it freezes.
I took it to an apple store and they said it worked fine for them.

any ideas??

Click " MENU" and "PLAY" together for 5 seconds, untill you Ipod are reset.

Give it some time to disconnect, or disconnect it yourself via the one your OS has built in. I know when I click my iPod it takes iTunes some time to show it on the screen to show my information. It's pretty weird.
