Fanfiction.net would be the best choice for you to post it, just because of the sheer volume of stories and readers and writers. It's rather versatile in how you can format and then subsequently upload your story and any changes you make later on.
At the same time, depending on which anime or manga series you are writing for, the audience for it on fanfiction.net isn't very large. If this is the case, you may attempt to seek a fanfiction site dedicated to that particular series. dude_xyx
