Music Composers: ProTools or CakeWalk Sonar?
This thread is only meant to see how many people would prefer ProTools or CakeWalk Sonar. So far when I ask people who actually use them it's about a 50/50 decision, however more people tend to prefer ProTools for music composition. I'm only seeking information about ProTools or CakeWalk, no other programs! I know that ProTools is also more universal, but I prefer CakeWalk. I've been using CakeWalk longer than ProTools so I understand it better, but I've used both programs before. So I opened this poll to see who likes what more. If you do use another program, state it in a post but explain why you think that program is better than ProTools or CakeWalk (I'm not really looking for amateur programs like Magix or Fruity Loops, I'm looking for professional programs).
Also state in your post whether you're using a Macintosh computer for your music composition or if you're using a Windows computer for your music composition.
Thank you.
