Overall looks good, but I would trade around a bit so you can get the GTX 260 - 216 Core
Craeft
I am AMD partial, so other than that part... it looks good. Wink

What I am using and am blown away by it, I built:

Asus Crosshair mobo
AMD Athlon64 X2
GeForce 8800 GTX OC
8GB PC26400 Patriot
1TB WD Caviar HDD
750W PSU w/dual 12v ATX and SATA rails
7.1 sound card
Logitech z5500 Speakers
Logitech G-15 keyboard
Logitech G9 mouse
Hi-Def monitor using BNC connectors
CD/DVD RW

I am loving this computer. However, remember one thing... get a good case. I bought a case that "looked cool" but it has shyte for airflow. I had to throw a 120mm fan in the front of the chassis and it's still not flowing right. So I am thinking I am gonna have to either pick up another case or mod this one.

Try this PC it is a good buy for how it is priced. the prices are average you could probably get better.
$1500 Entertainment PC for Gaming.
CPU: Intel Core i5 750 ~$249
2.66Ghz, 8MB Cache, LGA1156 Quad Core.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55-UD5 Motherboard ~$217
The new P55 chipset. This motherboard supports Crossfire and SLI so you have twice as many upgrade paths!
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD5850 1GB ~$439
In most games this is slightly slower than a 4870X2 but you get the advantage of it being a single card and eating up less power and being more quiet.
RAM: OCZ PC3-10666 Platinum 2x2GB OCZ3P1333LV4GK ~$145
PC-10666 (1333MHz) DDR3 Dual Channel RAM, 2x240-pin DIMMs, Non ECC Unbuffered, 7-7-7-21-2N
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB WD6401AALS ~$89
One of the fastest 3.5" non raptor HDD's on the market.
DVD: BenQ DW240S 24x Internal DVD±RW Drive Retail Box ~$39
24x Burn Speed, Blazing fast.
Case: Cooler Master CM 690 Pure Black ~$134
Best case in this price range. Large enough and cool enough for any air cooling setup.
Power Supply: Corsair HX-650 Power Supply $185
Because the 5850 is so efficient, you only need a 650W to run two in crossfire if you need to in the future.
Total: Approx. $1497
the e dual cores are no as good as the i5 which is a good cpu
