Combat arms supposed to be OK but it is only for US I think.
i never heard about this game. i will google for it 
im not sure but S4League is pretty fun (Though it lacks in alot of department)

I *think* Duke Nukem 3d is free to download now.
Download it, and then download the High Res pack along with eDuke and you can play it fully in 3D.
It seriously is one of the best 3D games of all time.
If you don't mind spending a little bit of money though, go out and buy Max Payne 1 & 2.

System shock 1 and 2 is definitely good choices if you like deep games.

No... 3d Realms is still selling it. You can get the shareware (first episode) version for free though.
I might be thinking of the Build engine then, I know that was definitely released to the public.

UrbanTerror describes itself as a "Hollywood-shooter" - Tactic and action combined. Fast, but complex (for example, you have stamina and there are medic packs). Unlike CS, it doesn't have a buy system, everything is available from the start.
